Pecan Baked Brie

Who doesn’t love baked brie? Seriously?! There is just something about it that screams the holidays. And with the pecans and sugar on top, you can’t help pair it with Big Rock Winter Spice to enjoy that full Holiday Experience. Oh and you know how it says serves 2-4? It can definitely serve 1 if you try. I tested that our personally. 😉
INGREDIENTS
120g brie
¼ cup chopped pecans
3 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs water
Crackers or bread of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400F. Place brie wheel on a glass oven proof rimmed dish. In a small bowl, combine the pecans, sugar and water. Mix thoroughly and place on the top of the brie.
Heat the brie for about 10 mins or until the brie is soft, slightly melted and the sugar has dissolved.
Serve with Big Rock Winter Spice and sliced baguette or crackers.
