More barbecued goodness! As the weather warms up, the barbecues come out – except for in Alberta, they barbecue at -20C. This is so easy, and so delicious – the best kind of dish to serve when having people over. Almost no work leaves more time for chatting!
3 peaches, halved and pitted
1/2 tbs sugar
1/2 tbs cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream
Place the peaches, cut side down on an oiled medium heat grill. Let cook until grill marks appear, 2-3 mins.
Flip peaches over and reduce heat to low. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Cook until peaches are cooked, but still slightly firm and cinnamon sugar mixture is melted, about 5-6 mins.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
